Rosemary Gencarelli-Vinitsky, Esq. has experience in civil litigation matters including complex commercial litigation and commercial real estate matters.
Ms. Gencarelli-Vinitsky also has experience with commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation as well as personal injury litigation, and zoning and planning.

Ms. Gencarelli-Vinitsky received her B.A. Degree in Political Science and History from Boston University in 1995 and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. Ms. Gencarelli-Vinitsky is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She served as a Trustee on the Belleville Board of Education from 2000-2003.
